Pets and owners can make the most of a variety of routine services and 24/7 emergency care at our main Barnstaple Cross branch and Bernaville Nurseries clinic.

We’re proud to be an ISFM silver level cat friendly accredited practice, which means that we’ve been recognised for the great efforts we make to help our feline friends feel comfortable and calm. You can find separate cat waiting areas at our main branch, along with spacious kennels, calming pheromones and equipment such as drip pumps that ensure your cat has the most pleasant experience possible during their stay. Many of our team members have undertaken cat advocate and cat friendly receptionist courses to keep their knowledge up to date.

Our puppy school classes are a great opportunity to train and socialise new puppies, and cover areas like canine psychology, toilet training and preventative healthcare. Your puppy will also be awarded a graduation certificate and a little gift once they’ve completed their course!
