Covid 19 – services update.

Please find below details on our updated services, following the social distancing changes.

Following recent changes in advice from the Government, we wanted to keep you all updated on any changes we will be making.
* We will now be offering a FULL service for all animals at our main surgery – Roysden, Barnstaple Cross, Crediton. We will still be operating a closed-door policy to allow us to maintain the safety of our clients and staff. We therefore request you call us from the car park to let us know you have arrived – we will then come out and have a chat with you and collect your pet from your vehicle.
* We will be contacting people whose pets may have been due a vaccination during lockdown, and we will also be contacting anyone on the waiting list for a surgical procedure. We are extremely busy and to allow us to maintain safe working practices, some staff will still remain furloughed. Therefore, we would ask you to please continue to bear with us, as some actions may take longer than normal. We ask that all repeat medications, parasite treatments and foods are pre-ordered, and where possible paid for prior to collection. This allows us to have everything ready for your arrival and prevents unecessary waiting.
* At our Bernaville surgery, we will have a phased re-opening – this is necessary due to the size constraints of the actual building. We will also be arranging for drugs collections to begin at certain times, rather than just a ‘pop in’ collection. If you would prefer to collect your medications from Bernaville, please phone one of our reception team who will be able to advise you on the best time and the protocol involved.
* We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers who have helped us work safely during these difficult times, and we hope we all continue to remain safe and well.
